I want to tell you the story about my weight reduction success. In 1999 I weighed 93 kilos with a height of 1.72 meters.

I always practiced sports and fitness. Nevertheless I gained weight – maybe age-related.

I tried Low Fat and Low Carb Diets but without any real success. In 2002 I bought the “Montignac Bible”. What I liked the best at once was, that the calorie theory is wrong. This statement was to be the crucial factor.

I have baked my own whole meal bread (whole kernel grinded) and paid strongly attention to the GI.

At the beginning I lost slowly, because I am a very good eater. My wife lost faster than me. Because I cooked myself (after MM), week after week the pounds tumbled off.

I have lost 20 kilos in that time. Today I weigh 75 kilo, and I am holding stable since 10 years.

My wife weighs 62 kg by a height of 1.62 m with the same success.
I am 69 years old today and my wife is 59 years.

Hallo,

ich möchte die Geschichte über meinem Abnahmeerfolg mitteilen. 1999 wog ich 93 kg bei einer Größe von 1,72 m.

Ich hatte schon immer Sport und Fitness betrieben. Trotz alledem habe ich- vielleicht altersbedingt- zugenommen.

Ich probierte Low Fat und u.a. auch Low Carb, jedoch ohne nennenswerten Erfolg.Im Jahre 2002 kaufte ich mir die 1. Montignac-Bibel.
Was mir sofort gefiel, war daß die Kolorientheorie falsch ist.
Diese Aussage war für mich ausschlaggebend.

Ich Habe mein VK-Brot selbst gebacken (ganze Körner geschrotet) und sonst auch streng auf den GI geachtet.

Zuerst nahm ich langsam ab, weil ich ein sehr guter Esser bin. Meine Frau nahm schneller ab als ich.Da ich das Kochen (nach MM) selbst in die Hand nahm, purzelten Woche für Woche die Pfunde.

Ich habe in der Zeit 20 kg abgenommen .Heute wiege ich 75 kg , was über 10 Jahre hinweg stabil geblieben ist.

Meine Frau wiegt bei 1,64m 62 kg mir denselben Erfolg.
Ich bin heute 69 Jahre alt und meine Frau ist 59 Jahre.
